Once you have chosen your program, please read these terms and conditions, as your reservation is subject to them. This contract is accepted once Cusco Panoramic Expeditions EIRL (trade name: Cusco Panoramic Expeditions) receives approval from both parties, including the deposit/payment and booking confirmation by the company.
Reservations must be made at least one month in advance to ensure the best times and circuits and to avoid any inconvenience.
For safety reasons, we only accept bookings made through our website or by clicking on our internal site links (subchannels).
To make a reservation with Cusco Panoramic Expeditions EIRL, a 50% deposit is required. We use secure, formally registered payment methods. The remaining 50% is paid upon arrival in Cusco, at which point all printed tickets will be handed over after full payment.
For tour packages with hostels or 1-2 star hotels, a 50% deposit is required. For 3-4 star hotel packages, the hotel requires a 100% deposit. The tour package itself requires 50%.
Once full payment is made, the company will email you a confirmation of your tour package and payment. This document serves as a guarantee for the client, who should review and confirm the details or request corrections for mutual approval.
Any modifications must be made at least one week in advance, except for Machu Picchu reservations, which are subject to penalties or full loss depending on availability at the time.
For Machu Picchu, modifications must be requested at least 15 days in advance. These are subject to penalty and availability. If no availability exists, the full amount may be lost.
To reconfirm your reservation, you must send the following information: full name, passport number, nationality, gender, age, any allergies, medical conditions, physical limitations, dietary preferences, or any other important detail we should know.
If your tour package includes hotel accommodation, it is subject to availability. If the requested hotel is not available, the company will seek one of similar category and price, and confirmation will be sent via email or other approved method.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject last-minute bookings (within 48 hours), depending on prior evaluation. If accepted, the company will specify the service conditions.
In case of cancellation by the client, Cusco Panoramic Expeditions EIRL must be notified in writing. Please note that the program deposit is non-refundable. The cancellation will only be valid once the notification is received via letter or email, indicating the reason for the cancellation.
If the cancellation notice is received 45 days or more prior to tour departure, a 20% penalty will apply. For notifications received within 45 days of departure, the following charges apply:

Cancellations received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or non-working holidays will be considered on the next business day. No refunds will be provided for meals, lodging, tours, etc., that are not consumed or used if they are included in the tour price. There will be no reimbursement for lost, misplaced, or destroyed travel tickets, or for services canceled or unused.
These conditions are mutually agreed upon by both the client and the company, as confirmed via email correspondence.
